A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total quoted cost is required at the time of booking to secure pilot scheduling and flight arrangements. No services will be scheduled or performed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the aircraft, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. Failure to remit the balance as specified may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
